Testers: How to Get Access
iPhone Testers
First, download TestFlight from the App Store (it's Apple's official app for testing apps like ours)
You'll need to log into TestFlight with your own Apple ID
Fill out the form below with your name and email
We'll send you an invite email first — this just confirms you're really you
Once you accept that, you'll get a second email with instructions to actually get Toolbi through TestFlight
Two emails is normal — that's just how Apple's TestFlight process works, not a mistake on our end.
Android Testers
Just fill out the form below — we'll send you a direct invite to get the app. One email, no extra app to download first.
What to Test
Try building a quote by voice - describe a real (or made-up) job and see how Buddy handles it
Try creating a job manually, then quoting it later from the job itself
Add a change order to an existing job
Check out the Schedule tab
If you're bilingual, try switching to Spanish and see how it holds up
Poke around — tap things, see what makes sense and what doesn't .

What's Not There Yet
So you're not surprised:
Payments aren't live yet — you can't actually pay for a subscription right now
Push notifications aren't built yet
QuickBooks and DocuSign integrations are coming later
Some features are clearly marked "Coming Soon" — that's expected, not a bug
